NAFTAGAS – Technical Services have a Great license for the construction of facilities for which the construction permit is issued by the ministry in charge of construction or the competent authority of the Autonomous Province.

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure pursuant to Article 23 of the Law on Public Administration, Article 126 and Article 150, paragraph 4 of the Law on Planning and Construction, Article 137 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure and the Rulebook on the Manner, Procedure and Content of Data for determining the conditions for issuing a license for the preparation of technical documentation and a license for the construction of facilities for which approval is issued by the Ministry or the Autonomous Province, by decision No. 351-02-00338 / 2012-04, dated March 28, 2018. determines that NAFTAGAS – Technical Services meet the conditions for obtaining a license for the construction of facilities for which the construction permit is issued by the ministry responsible for construction or the competent authority of the autonomous province, as follows:

For the license – performance of thermotechnical, thermoenergy, process and gas installations of oil and gas processing facilities that are built outside the exploitation fields according to the previously obtained consent of the ministry responsible for the exploitation of mineral resources (I030M1)

Licensed legal entity for performing inspection and verification of work equipment, as well as inspection and testing of electrical and lightning protection installations

Licensed legal entity for testing working environment conditions, including chemical and physical hazards (excluding ionizing radiation), microclimate, and illumination
